No sábado, 8 de março, o Blue Note de São Paulo trouxe ao palco em seu segundo set, um show super interessante da Banda dos VJs da MTV comandado por Luiz Thunderbird e com sua convidadas pra lá de especiais –Marina Person, Sabrina Parlatore e Luísa Micheletti.
A MTV Brasil, foi fundada em 20 de outubro de 1990 e neste ano de 2025, completaria 35 anos. Infelizmente em 2013, encerrou suas transmissões, mas que até hoje deixa saudades.
Os apresentadores Luiz Thunderbird, Sabrina Parlatore, Marina Person e Luísa Micheletti, foram fundamentais no canal durante os anos 90 e 2000, com programas marcantes como Disk MTV, Luau MTV, Jornal da MTV, Lado B, CEP MTV, Supernova, Meninas Veneno.
Mas falando um pouco do show, o projeto da Banda dos VJs da MTV é muito massa, primeiro que a banda formada por Thunderbird, tem ótimos músicos como Daniel Nakamura, Rodrigo Saldanha, Jairo Fajer e Jimmy Pappon é muito massa e o set list bem surpreendente com hits do Blur, Nirvana, Kid Abelha, David Bowie, The Cramps e por ai vai.
Em sequência, Thunderbird, fez a abertura e foi chamando as meninas ao palco para cantar duas músicas, primeiro Marina Person, Luísa Micheletti e Sabrina Parlatore e no Bis todas subiram ao palco.
Este reencontro reativou várias memórias marcantes do saudoso Canal 32 UHF, de programas que realmente eram viciosos e tinham uma identidade diferente de tudo já visto na TV brasileira.
Vamos torcer que esse projeto siga adiante por muito tempo, como novos encontros e quem sabe mais participantes da época de ouro da MTV Brasil.
