Agora em inglês! Bruce Marques grava versão de música da Yellow Box

Após cinco singles, dois EPs, 100 mil plays no Spotify, videoclipes, lives e muito agito nas redes sociais, o cantor e compositor catarinense Bruce Marques lança o seu oitavo trabalho. Hey You foi originalmente gravada pela banda Yellow Box (Itajaí-SC) em 2017, e agora ganha nova versão.

 

Com vozes e violões de Bruce; violinos, clarinetes e bandolins de Fábio Pádua, piano de Giovanni Sagaz, baixo de Paulo Pinheiro e bateria de Leandro Cavera, Hey You renasce como um folk rock de ritmo acelerado, com temperos cigano e pirata, que reflete algumas questões da vida, na intenção de motivar o ouvinte a ir em busca de seus objetivos (“hey you, what are you waiting for?”)

 

A escolha de uma canção em inglês faz parte da estratégia do artista em ampliar o alcance do seu trabalho, após tantos pré-saves internacionais feitos anteriormente. Outra versão de uma música da Yellow Box está nos planos do cantor para o final do ano, antes do seu aguardado álbum, previsto para o início de 2022 e que fechará um ciclo autoral.

 

Hey You estará disponível em todas as plataformas de streaming a partir da meia-noite desta sexta-feira (29/10), e você pode acompanhar o trabalho do músico nas redes sociais (@brucemarquesrock) e no YouTube (/BruceRock85).
