Lau Garbo, jamais imaginaria que a depressão e uma viagem para a Índia em 2019 a transformariam em uma cantora pop 3 anos depois. A cantora mineira de Uberlândia lança sua primeira canção autoral, Be Myself, nesta sexta-feira (23) e traz uma vibe de pop tanto na sonoridade quanto no estilo.

 

 

O single traz uma melodia dançante, moderna e gostosa de ouvir, características que, segunda a artista, vão ser marca do seu trabalho. A letra é um reflexo do alívio que se sente quando se vive um momento muito difícil e o mês de setembro não poderia ser mais propício para o seu lançamento. Sobre a letra em dois idiomas, Lau conta que a ideia era fazer algo que brincasse com o inglês e português, sem perder o sentido da mensagem.

 

Lau promete que esse é só o começo e já tem planos de lançar mais músicas.“Eu tenho muitas outras composições guardadas, só estou esperando o momento certo para produzir e lançar. Acho que “Be Myself” vai ser um termômetro bom pra eu entender se as pessoas gostam ou não do que eu componho. Estou empolgada!”.
