EDDIE VEDDER APRESENTA “BROTHER THE CLOUD”, MAIS UMA FAIXA DE SEU NOVO ÁLBUM

O icônico Eddie Vedder acaba de apresentar “Brother The Cloud”, o terceiro single de seu novo disco “Earthling”.

Com produção do vencedor do GRAMMY® Andrew Watt, a canção é uma homenagem de Vedder a um amigo que já se foi. Além da música inédita, o cantor também disponibilizou o álbum para pré-venda.

‘Earthling’, novo projeto de Eddie Vedder, será lançado em 11 de fevereiro. O repertório inclui ainda as já apresentadas “Long Way” e “The Haves”. O álbum conta ainda com participações do baterista Chad Smith, do Red Hot Chili Peppers e do guitarrista Josh Klinghoffer, do Pearl Jam (e ex-Red Hot Chili Peppers), entre outros.

 

No ano passado, Eddie colaborou com o cantor, músico e ator irlandês Glen Hansard em oito composições da trilha sonora original do filme “Flag Day”, estrelado por Sean Penn. Sua filha Olivia Vedder também emprestou a voz e marcou sua estreia em duas faixas da trilha.

 

Vocalista da lendária banda Pearl Jam desde 1990, Eddie lançou em 2007 seu primeiro trabalho solo, a trilha sonora do filme “Into The Wild”, pela qual venceu o prêmio Globo de Ouro de melhor canção (“Guaranteed”). No mesmo ano, Eddie foi incluído no Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, junto com seus companheiros de banda.

 

O Pearl Jam é um dos grupos mais famosos e reconhecidos mundialmente. Contabiliza ao longo de sua trajetória centenas de apresentações ao vivo, diversos prêmios (incluindo dois GRAMMYS® e cinco American Music Awards) e mais de 85 milhões de discos vendidos mundialmente.
