Journey lança clipe “You Got The Best Of Me”

“Freedom”, novo álbum da lendária banda, será lançado no dia 08/07

  

Com mais de 100 milhões de álbuns vendidos, clássicos imortais e presença no Hall da Fama do Rock’n’Roll, o Journey prepara mais uma página para uma carreira lendária. No próximo dia 08/07, a banda lançará “Freedom”, seu primeiro álbum de inéditas em mais de uma década. Antecipando o novo disco, eles revelam o clipe “You Got The Best Of Me”, com um gostinho do clima de sua atual tour. Este é um lançamento BMG.

“Eu queria uma versão meio punk de ‘Any Way You Want It’”, diz o guitarrista, compositor, produtor musical e membro fundador do grupo Neal Schon sobre o single. “Eu não costumo dizer ‘vou procurar algo assim’, mas simplesmente veio, como foi com ‘Wheel in the Sky’ anos atrás”.

 

Pensado para palcos de arenas e estádios, “Freedom” será o primeiro álbum com canções inéditas do Journey desde “Eclipse”, de 2011, e além do tecladista e compositor Jonathan Cain e do vocalista Arnel Pineda, mais um membro foi recrutado para o próximo álbum – o baixista Randy Jackson, que havia tocado no álbum “Raised on Radio” (1986).
