O terceiro álbum da cantora fala sobre os diversos momentos de uma paixão

 

Antecipado pelos singles “You Only Love Me”, “Praising You (feat. Fatboy Slim)” e “Don’t Think Twice”, que acumulam quase 100 milhões de streams globais, Rita Ora lança seu terceiro álbum de estúdio. You & I é um trabalho profundamente pessoal, intrinsecamente ligado a uma nova fase da vida e da carreira da cantora, que co-escreveu todas as músicas, incluindo a faixa-título, escrita no dia após seu casamento com o diretor Taika Waititi.

Trabalhando com o produtor executivo Oak Felder (Ariana Grande, Nicki Minaj, Alicia Keys e Usher), a artista criou o disco focando na sensação de se apaixonar profundamente, tudo isso ao som de faixas dançantes.

 

Rita Ora, que acumula mais de 10 bilhões de streams e 13 músicas no top 10 das paradas britânicas em sua carreira, além de causar impacto no cinema e na moda, relembra o passado com músicas como “Girl in the Mirror”, uma homenagem à sua juventude, e “Notting Hill”, que remete à sua adolescência. “That Girl” apresenta uma interpolação de “Party All The Time”, de Eddie Murphy, e sua filosofia de se divertir em todas as fases da vida, enquanto a desafiadora “Shape of Me” serve como uma ode ao relacionamento de Rita com sua mãe.
