“Temos um longo caminho a percorrer e não há tempo para chegar lá”, assim diz a música!

 

“Long Way To Go” (Live From Daisyland) é o terceiro lançamento da série AO VIVO gravada no mundialmente famoso local Rock City em Nottingham, Inglaterra, durante a turnê Like No Other da banda em novembro de 2021.

 

The Dead Daisies levou o público ao delírio em uma viagem pela memória com “Long Way To Go”, o hit clássico de seu álbum Make Some Noise de 2016. Tem sido um favorito do público e sempre está no setlist em shows ao vivo.

 

A música ganhou uma vida nova com a voz do rock do vocalista Glenn Hughes, o comando na bateria com Tommy Clufetos e as guitarras de duelo dinâmicas de Doug Aldrich e David Lowy.

 

“É uma faixa de rock’n’roll pesado com grande significado para as dificuldades do mundo hoje. O legal do riff é que as duas primeiras barras são 4×4 e a terceira é 2×4, o que dá uma sensação muito interessante. É uma faixa muito significativa para nós, pois a música é uma ode ao meu amigo Doc Neeson e as letras que John Corabi criou são muito comoventes” – David Lowy

 

 

The Dead Daisies continua sua aventura no rock em 2022, iniciando o verão com um passeio pan-europeu em massa que deve disseminar um esquenta. Tendo uma variedade de shows de arena e anfiteatro com Judas Priest, Foreigner, Whitesnake, e alguns festivais de prestígio e datas principais! De volta à banda teremos o extraordinário baterista Brian Tichy, estes serão os primeiros shows com esta formação.
