As estrelas pós-punk altamente influentes, The Psychedelic Furs, lançam seu novo álbum, o primeiro em quase 30 anos, Made Of Rain, via Cooking Vinyl dia 1 de maio de 2020. O primeiro single “Don’t Believe” está disponível para ouvir agora.

Para comemorar o lançamento de Made Of Rain, The Psychedelic Furs anunciou um show muito especial no renomado Royal Albert Hall, em Londres (14 de maio). Este show apresentará performances exclusivas do novo álbum, juntamente com os sucessos fabulosos e inesquecíveis da banda. A pré-venda exclusiva para o Royal Albert Hall estará disponível na próxima semana para os fãs que encomendarem o novo álbum na Loja Oficial da banda. Os ingressos estarão à venda para o público geral na sexta-feira, 7 de fevereiro.

 

Made Of Rain – soa como The Psychedelic Furs e eles sozinhos. É uma alegria os ouvir de novo, mais frescos do que nunca. Suas ideias inigualáveis ​​de arte, agressão e ambiente impulsionam a dinâmica, e sempre foi essa originalidade que os destacou. O álbum foi produzido por Richard Fortus, enquanto os trabalhos de mixagem foram realizados por Tim Palmer (David Bowie, U2, Robert Plant).

Liderado pelo vocalista e compositor Richard Butler com seu irmão Tim no baixo, The Psychedelic Furs lançaram sete discos aclamados pela crítica – The Psychedelic Furs (1980), Talk Talk Talk (1981),  Forever Now (1982), Mirror Moves (1984), Midnight To Midnight (1987), Book Of Days (1989) e World Outside (1991). Eles lançaram muitos clássicos durante os anos 80 e 90, incluindo: “Sister Europe”, “Love My Way”, “The Ghost In You”, “Pretty In Pink”, “Heaven”, “Heartbreak Beat”, “All That Money Wants” e “Until She Comes”.
