Travis lançou seu novo álbum altamente antecipado, 10 Songs, via BMG. Ontem à noite, os escoceses celebraram o lançamento de seu aclamado novo álbum 10 Songs com uma performance de transmissão ao vivo e uma sessão de perguntas e respostas de fãs repleta de estrelas que incluiu as aparições de Sir Paul McCartney, Paul Rudd e Brandon Flowers do The Killers, para citar alguns.

10 Songs foi amplamente elogiado em toda a linha com Uncut observando a “atração comovente” da banda e o Sunday Times elogiando sua “capacidade duradoura de inventar melodias indeléveis e canções atemporais.” Os destaques incluem a estelar ‘The Only Thing’, com Susanna Hoffs dos The Bangles, a melancólica ‘All Fall Down’ e o hit airplay Top 12, ‘A Ghost’.

 

Co-produzido por Fran e Robin Baynton (Coldplay, Florence & The Machine) e gravado no RAK Studio, 10 Songs é sobre como a vida vem no amor e o que o amor faz para superar esses desafios. É adulto. Há sinergia escaldante em abundância e benefícios do senso quase psíquico de sintonia mútua que vem de estar em uma banda cuja formação não mudou em toda a sua vida coletiva.
